What we can or What we need to do to Develop Mongolia

I certainly agree with those who think that Mongolia has a great potential to develop and only reason why we still strugling is we are missing good leader that can keep all in discipline.
So why we can not find our leader or why there is no leader that can sacrifice him or her for the benefit of Nation. There may be no one who can meet this requirement and who can be a leader. What will happen then. Only one conclusion is we will be poorest in the world. So, it is too risky to seek a leader that can take us to the good life and wealth. easiest and safest way is we all need to be leader in our own position. Strong leadership is essential for the development.
